Newly renovated third-floor room at Sandals Carlyle
The entire third floor has been renovated – rooms and the hallways have been repainted, the entire third floor is now tiled, balcony furniture has been replaced and ceiling fans have been added. The bedrooms now boast sophisticated earth tones, completely renovated bathrooms, new energy-saving lights, and mini-refrigerator units.
- The lobby has been repainted and redecorated resulting in a refreshed, elegant new feel.

The Bay Window Restaurant has been painted in a light shade of blue to match the blue and white tiles on the floor
- The outdoor dining furniture on the pool deck has also been changed. A new shower was built.
- The Lounge and the gift shop have also been repainted and redecorated.
Our parting notes: the hotel has a refreshed look and an updated feel, but the wonderful, warm, personal service hasn’t changed one bit. Repeat guests will still enjoy their stay and won’t be disappointed!

We are pleased to report that Sandals Montego Bay has made the following updates to their already delightful resort:
Update July 28, 2010:
- As a reminder, water skiing is available at this resort
- The Skydome was given a new, contemporary look. The improvements include new chairs, the banquet seats being re-wrapped and the ceiling of the area upholstered.
- New teak beach chairs were placed on the main pool deck and on the swim-up pool deck.
- The pool tables were refurbished – bases refinished and inlays reupholstered.
- Awnings were installed over the windows of rooms on the Oleander block.
- A new Surround Sound system has been installed at the Main Bar, Beach Bar, Lobby, Port Cochere, Stew Fish Restaurant, Oleander Room, Cucina Romana, Bayside Restaurant and the Pool Table area.
- The saunas, the small pool and the whirlpool by the gym have been renovated.
- Cottage 5 (Bay Roc Villas Presidential Beachfront One Bedroom Suites) was refurbished – the cottage was re-roofed, painted and the interior drapes, linens and upholstery have been changed.
Update February 24, 2010:
- The awning of the Skydome has been replaced and this has improved the ambiance of the area, adding to the luxurious look and feel of Sandals Montego Bay.
- The Flagship Cyber Center is now open and offers guest 24 hour access to the internet. Costs vary per usage times and ranges between US$15 for ½ hour and US$75 for 7 days.
- The first floor rooms in the Seagrapes block have been renovated. Renovated categories in this block includePremium Seaside Rooms. The rooms have been repainted and furnishings have been changed. The color scheme includes sophisticated earth tones. New furniture has been added and new light fixtures and make-up mirrors have also been installed.
